Email support@3paws.ai and you'll get a reply from the developer — usually within a business day or two. Include your iPhone model and iOS version if you're reporting a problem; because Peek has no accounts and no analytics, we can't see anything about your device unless you tell us.

Requirements

Peek needs an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence — iPhone 15 Pro or later — running iOS 26 or later, with Apple Intelligence enabled in Settings. If summaries aren't generating, check Settings → Apple Intelligence & Siri and confirm the model download has finished.

Subscriptions & refunds

Peek Pro is billed by Apple through your App Store account. You can manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID you purchased with. If a purchase isn't showing up in the app, tap Restore Purchases on the paywall screen first.
